စြန္႕လွဴစြန္႕စားမႈ မရွိရင္ အနာဂတ္ဆုိတာ မရွိႏုိင္ဘူး

No Sacrificing Adventure, No future!

၁။ ခ်စ္စြာေသာ ကရုဏာပုသိမ္ မိသားစု၀င္တုိ႕၊ ဒီစာကေတာ့ ဒီႏွစ္အတြက္ ေပးခ်င္တဲ့ Christmas Message ပါပဲ။၂၀၁၃ ရဲ႕ ဒီဇင္ဘာလနဲ႕အတူ ခရစၥမတ္ပြဲေတာ္ကုိက်င္း ပ ဖုိ႕ျပင္ ေနၾကရင္းနဲ႕ တစ္ႏွစ္ တာျပန္ လည္သုံး သပ္ျခင္းေတြကုိလုပ္ေဆာင္ေနၾကပါတယ္။ ၂၀၁၃ ရဲ႕စီမံကိန္း ကာ လရဲ႕ ႏွစ္ဆုံးပုိင္းကုိ ေရာက္လာ တဲ့အခါ မွာ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းအေနနဲ႕ တစ္ႏွစ္တာ လုပ္ေဆာင္လာခဲ့တဲ့ လုပ္ငန္း ေတြ ကုိ ျပန္လည္သုံး သပ္ခ်ိန္ လညး္ျဖစ္ပါ တယ္။ ေအာင္ျမင္ျခင္း၊ က်ရႈံးျခင္း၊ အားနည္းခ်က္၊ အားသာခ်က္ေတြ၊ အခြင့္အလမ္းနဲ႕ အႏၱ ရယ္ျပဳႏုိင္ ေျခရွိတဲ့ အခ်က္ေတြ ကုိ ျပန္လည္ေဖာ္ထုတ္သုံးသပ္ၾကမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ျပန္ လည္ သုံးသပ္မႈတုိင္းမွာ ထားရွိရမယ့္ အေျခခံ စိတ္ေနစိတ္ထားကေတာ့ ေက်းဇူးတင္ျခင္းပါပဲ။ ကုိယ့္ခြန္ ကုိယ္အားနဲ႕ တစ္နွစ္တာ ကုိေက်ာ္ျဖတ္ လာႏုိင္တာ မဟုတ္ပဲ၊ “တန္ခုိးၾကီးေတာ္မူေသာ သူသည္ ငါတုိ႕နဲ႕/၌ ၾကီးျမတ္ ရာကုိ လုပ္ေဆာင္ေန“ လုိ႕သာျဖစ္ ပါတယ္ ဆုိတဲ့ အေျခခံအခ်က္ကုိ သေဘာ ပုိက္ထားမယ္ဆုိရင္ သုံး သပ္မႈ တုိင္းမွာ ေပၚလြင္ထင္ရွားတဲ့ ညႊန္း ကိန္း နဲ႕ အဓိပါယ္ကို ေတြ႕ျမင္ၾက မွာပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

1.    Dear  staff of Karuna Pathein, this is my Christmas Message that I wish to give you this year. In this December, as we are preparing to celebrate Nativity of our Lord, we take this time for evaluating our activities in the year 2013. Now we have come to the end of our project year (2013) and as organizational wide we are doing this evaluation of our works implemented. Success, failures, weakness, strength, opportunity and threat are the points to be brought out to the evaluation. This  moment of evaluation, spirit of thanksgiving has to be  at the bottom of our hearts. Not with our own strength that we were able to pass through this year, it is the Almighty who has done great things through and with us this year. Keeping this spirit of gratitude will make us understand and see clearly the indicators and meaning of our implementations.

၂။ စြန္႕လွဴစြန္႕စားမႈ မရွိရင္ အနာဂတ္ဆုိတာ မရွိႏုိင္ဘူး။ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းစတည္ခါစ ၂၀၀၁ ခုႏွစ္ကေန ခုခ်ိန္ ၂၀၁၃ အထိ ကရုဏာပုသိမ္အျဖစ္ ရပ္တည္လာႏုိင္ျခင္းဟာ စြန္႕လွဴ စြန္႕စားသူေတြ ရွိေနခဲ့ျပီး၊ ခုလည္း ရွိေန ၾက လုိ႕ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေက်ာ္ျဖတ္လာခဲ့တဲ့ အေျခအေနေတြဟာ ၾကမ္းတမ္းခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ၂၀၀၂ ဟသၤာတ ဇုံေရ ေဘး၊ ၂၀၀၄ သာေပါင္းေရေဘး၊ ၂၀၀၄ ဆူနာမီ၊ ၂၀၀ရ ေရေဘး၊ ၂၀၀၈ နာဂစ္၊ ၂၀၁၂ ေရေဘး၊ စတဲ့အ ေရး ေပၚ ကူညီကယ္ဆယ္ေရးေတြမွာ ကရုဏာပုသိမ္ရဲ႕ အခန္းက႑က ၾကီးမားခဲ့ပါ တယ္။ အေရးေပၚ ကာလ မဟုတ္တဲ့ သာမာန္အခ်ိန္ေတြမွာ လုပ္ေဆာင္လာခဲ့တဲ့ ၀ါတြင္းကာလႏႈိး ေဆာ္ျခင္း၊ Change for Life က်န္းမာ ရႊင္လန္းတဲ့ဘ၀သက္တာအျမင္ဖြင့္လႈပ္ရွားမႈေတြ၊ ပညာေရးနဲ႕ ပါတ္သက္ တဲ့ မိဘပညာေပးလုပ္ငန္းေတြ၊ ပဋိပ ကၡေျဖရွင္းျခင္းနဲ႕ ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးတည္ေဆာက္မႈ အျမင္ဖြင့္ သင္တန္းေတြ၊ သဘာ၀ေဘးအႏၱရယ္ၾကိဳတင္ကာ ကြယ္ေရးနဲ႕ ေလွ်ာ့ခ်ေရးအျမင္ဖြင့္သင္တန္းေတြ နဲ႕ လုပ္ေဆာင္လာခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ ၂၀၀၈ နာဂစ္ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးနဲ႕ ျပန္လည္တည္ေဆာက္ေရးျပီးတဲ့အခ်ိန္က စျပီး ဖြဲ႕စည္းလာခဲ့တဲ့ Livelihoods (အသက္ေမြး၀မ္းေၾကာင္း)၊ Education (ပညာေရး)၊ Health (က်န္းမာေရး)၊ Social Protection (လူမႈကာကြယ္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေရး)၊ DRR (သဘာ၀ေဘးအႏၱရယ္ၾကိဳတင္ကာ ကြယ္ ေလ်ာ့ခ်ေရး)၊ က႑ေတြမွာ ပုံမွန္အခ်ိန္ျပည့္ ၀န္ထမ္းအင္အား (၅၀) ခန္႕နဲ႕ လုပ္အားေပး ၀န္ထမ္း အင္အား ( ၁၀၀) ေက်ာ္ ခ်ီတက္လာခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။ စီမံကိန္းကာလ တစ္ႏွစ္တာ ေက်ာ္ျဖတ္ဖုိ႕ဆုိ တာ ၾကမ္း တမ္းပါတယ္။ ပင္ပန္းၾကပါတယ္။ စြန္လွဴစြန္းစားမႈေတြျပဳၾကရပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ လည္း အနာ ဂတ္တစ္ခု ကို ေမွ်ာ္မွန္းႏုိင္ၾကျခင္းပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

2.    If no sacrifice and adventure, no future (of success)! The fact that Karuna Pathein has come up, since its foundation in 2001 to this time of 2013, is truly contributions of those who have sacrificed and who are now sacrificing for this cause. The whole journey has been quite challenging. Responses to floods in Hinthada Zone 2002, floods in Tharbaung in 2004, Sunami in 2004, floods in 2007,Nargis cyclone in 2008, floods in 2012 in all such emergency responses , Karuna Pathein has played a great role. Outside of emergency time, Karuna Pathein has played in ordinary time, activities such as Lenten Animation, Change for Life ( health), Parental education (education), awareness on conflict resolution and peace building, Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency preparedness trainings and workshops have been conducted. 5 sectors such as Livelihoods, Education, Health, Social Protection and DRR have been formed right after response to Nargis Cyclone in 2008 and today Karuna Pathein has about 50 full time staff and over 100 volunteer staff. To be able to have gone through one year time of project is a challenging work. Tired, and much sacrifice is required. That is the reason that we can hope for the future.

၃။ ကက္သလစ္အသင္းေတာ္ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံေရာက္လာျခင္း ႏွစ္ (၅၀၀) ျပည့္ႏွစ္ကုိ က်င္းပေနတဲ့အခ်ိန္အခါ သမယမွာ စြန္႕လွဴစြန္႕စားခဲ့ၾကတဲ့ အတိတ္ကာလက သာသနာျပဳေတြကုိ ျပန္လည္သတိယၾကရေအာင္။ ဥေရာပ တုိက္ကုိ စြန္႕ခြာ ျပီး အာရွ အေရွ႕ဖ်ား ကုိ လာၾကခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ အဲဒီအခ်ိန္က လာလမ္းသာရွိျပီး ျပန္လမ္း မရွိတဲ့ ေခတ္ကာလပါ။ အာရွအေရွ႕ ဖ်ားကုိ သာသနာျပဳဖုိ႕ စာရင္းသြင္းၾကတဲ့ ငယ္ရြယ္သူ သာသ နာျပဳ ေတြ ဟာ သူတုိ႕ေရြးခ်ယ္တဲ့ လမ္းက သြားလမ္းသာရွိျပီး ျပန္လမ္းမရွိဘူးဆုိတာကုိ အတပ္သိ ခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။ အဲဒီ အခ်ိန္က ေလယာဥ္ေတြမရွိေသးပါဘူး။ ထြက္ခါြဖုိ႕သေဘၤာဆိပ္ကုိ လုိက္လံပုိ႕ ေဆာင္ၾကတဲ့ မိဘ၊ ေဆြမ်ိဳး ေတြ မ်က္ရည္မ်က္ခြက္နဲ႕ခ်ည္းပါပဲ။ ျပန္လည္ဆုံဆည္းၾကပါစုိ႕ဆုိတာ မရွိေတာ့ပါဘူး။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ Bye, See again, See later, See soon! တုိ႕ဆုိတာ မဆုိၾကေတာ့ပဲ “ A Dieu!” Till we meet again! ဘုရားမွာ ပဲ ျပန္ လည္ ဆုံၾကမယ္လုိ႕သာ လုိက္လံပုိ႕ေဆာင္သူေတြက ႏႈတ္ဆက္ၾကတယ္။ လမ္းခရီးမွာ လခ်ီၾကာပါတယ္။ သေဘၤာ လမ္း။  ရြက္သေဘၤာ၊ မီးသေဘၤာေတြနဲ႕ပါ။ လမ္းခရီးပင္ပမ္းၾကပါတယ္။ လုိရာခရီးဆုံးမေရာက္ၾကပဲ၊ လမ္းမွာပဲ နာမက်န္းျဖစ္ျပီး ဆုံးပါးသြားၾကသူ ေတြရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ေရာက္လာျပန္ေတာ့လည္း ေရၾကမ္းေျမၾကမ္းမွာ၊ ေတာနက္ ေတာင္စြယ္မွာ၊ အသက္အႏၱ ရယ္ ၾကားမွာ၊ သာသနာမ်ိဳးေစ့ေတြခ်ေပးခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ စြန္႕လွဴ စြန္႕စား ၾက သူေတြပါ။ စြန္႕လွဴစြန္႕စားမႈ မရွိ ရင္ အနာဂတ္ဆုိတာ မရွိႏုိင္ဘူး။

3.    This year Catholic Church in Myanmar celebrates (500) years anniversary of the arrival of Catholic Missionaries in Myanmar. Let us reflect on the lives and the sacrifices made by the old missionaries in the past. They left Europe and they adventured to the Far East. That was the time only way to come, no way to return. Those young men who enlisted to be the missionaries of the Far East knew well that they had only way to come and no way of return. No airplanes! Those who have accompanied them ( parents , relatives, friends), to the jetties, could not stand without tears. Not words of seeing again. No words such as  Bye, See again, See later, See soon! But only word they uttered was “ A Dieu!” Till we meet again in God.! It took months to reach the destination. Road of sailing and very risky and very tiresome. Some have perished on the way without reaching the destinations. Some have arrived. But in the thick forest, hard work and hard lives, dangers to lives, but they have sowed the seeds of Faith on the soils of Myanmar. They all have sacrificed. No sacrifice, no future!

၄။ကမၻာမွာ စြန္႕လွဴ စြန္႕စားသူေတြ မထြက္ေပၚခဲ့ဘူးဆုိရင္ သစ္လြင္တဲ့ အနာဂတ္ ဆုိတာရွိခဲ့မွာမဟုတ္ဘူး။ ခရစ္စတုိဖာ ကုိလန္းဘတ္သာရြက္မလႊင့္ခဲ့ရင္၊ ဗတ္စကုိ ဒဂါးမားသာရြက္မလႊင့္ ခဲ့ရင္ ကမၻာ သစ္ဆုိတာ ေတြ႕ ခဲ့ၾက မွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ အခုတေလာ သတင္းမီဒီယာ မွာ ေရပမ္းစားေနတဲ့ နယ္လဆင္မန္ဒဲလား အေၾကာင္း Facebook ေတြမွာ Email ေတြမွာ ဖတ္ၾကပါတယ္။ အသက္ ၉၅ ႏွစ္ ေသဆုံးခ်ိန္မွာ ကမၻာတစ္၀ွမ္းလုံးက ဂုဏ္ျပဳၾကတယ္။ နယ္လဆင္မန္ဒဲလားသာ စြန္႕လွဴ စြန္႕စားမႈ မရွိခဲ့ ရင္၊ ေတာင္အာ ဖရိကရဲ႕ လူျဖဴ လူမဲ၊ အသား အေရာင္ခြဲျခားဆက္ဆံမႈ၊ အဆင့္အတန္း ခြဲျခားဆက္ဆံမႈေတြ ပေပ်ာက္ခဲ့မွာ မဟုတ္ဘူး။ အခုဆုိ လူတန္း တားခြဲျခားဆက္ဆံမႈ ပေပ်ာက္ေရး ေၾကြးေၾကာ္သံေတြဟာ ေတာင္အာဖရိက သာမက၊ ကမၻာ တစ္၀ွမ္း လုံးမွာ ပဲ့တင္ထပ္ေနပါျပီ။  သူဟာ ေထာင္ထဲမွာ ၂၇ ႏွစ္။ ခက္ခဲ ပါတယ္။ ၾကမ္းတမ္း ပါတယ္။ ခံယူခ်က္တစ္ခု အေပၚ မွာ အဆုံးတုိင္ေအာင္ တုိက္ပြဲ ၀င္သြားတယ္။ အနာဂတ္ကမၻာ ရဲ႕ Road Map လမ္းျပေျမပုံ ကုိ ခ်ေပး ခဲ့သူပါပဲ။ သူ႕ကုိ ကမၻာ့ ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးနဲ႕ ျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရး ဂႏၵ၀င္ေျမာက္ေခါင္းေဆာင္အျဖစ္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳ လုိက္ၾကပါျပီ။ စြန္႕လွဴ စြန္႕စားသူတစ္ ဦး ရဲ႕ ခ်န္ထား ခဲ့တဲ့ လက္ရာေျခရာေတြ၊ အေမြအႏွစ္ေတြပါ။ ဒါေတြ ေၾကာင့္ လည္း ကမၻာ့လူသားေတြ ရဲ႕အနာဂတ္ရွင္ သန္၊ လန္းဆန္းႏုိင္ၾကတာပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

4.    If there were no adventures in the world, there would not been discovery of new world. If Christopher Columbas and Vasco de Gamas had not adventured in sailing out, there would not been  discovery of new lands. These days we hear and read in news on the medias ( facebook, email) about Nelson Mandela. He died at the age of 95 and the whole world stand up to salute him. If no sacrifice taken and endured by Nelson Mandela apartheid in South Africa would not have been terminated. Today the slogan of termination of apartheid is heard throughout the world. Imprisoned for 27 years, hard life, no easy days. He withstood with a firm conviction through out his life. He has laid down a road map for the future of the world. Today the whole world honors him as a classical leader of global peace and reconciliation. That is really a legacy left to the world. This is the way that the world can live on a hope for the future.    

၅။ ကရုဏာပုသိမ္ ရပ္တည္ႏုိင္ေရးနဲ႕ ရွင္သန္ဖြံ႕ျဖိဳးႏုိင္ေရးမွာ အဖက္ဖက္ကစြန္႕လွဴ စြန္႕စားၾကသူေတြ အား လုံးကုိ ေက်းဇူးတင္တယ္။ တစ္ခ်ဳိ႕လည္းရွည္လ်ားတဲ့ႏွစ္ ကာလေတြနဲ႕ ေပးဆက္လာခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕လည္း သိပ္မၾကာေသးတဲ့ အခ်ိန္အတာ တစ္ခု ကစတင္ေပးဆက္လာၾကတယ္။ အားလုံးကုိေက်းဇူး တင္တယ္။ အား လုံးေကာင္းၾကပါတယ္။ တစ္ခုပဲရွိတာက။ ငါတုိ႕ဘယ္ေလာက္ထပ္ေကာင္းခ်င္ေသးသလဲ ဆုိတဲ့ စကားမွာ ငါ တုိ႕အနာဂတ္တည္ပါတယ္။ Important is not how good you are, but HOW GOOD YOU WANT TO BE. အေရးၾကီးတာ ငါတုိ႕ဘယ္ေလာက္ေကာင္းခဲ့သလဲ၊ ေကာင္းေနသလဲ၊ ဆုိတာထက္၊ ငါတုိ႕ ဘယ္ေလာက္ ထပ္ေကာင္းခ်င္သလဲ ဆုိတာပါပဲ။ လက္ရွိလုပ္ကုိင္ေနတဲ့ က႑ ၅ ခု ျဖစ္တဲ့ Livelihoods (အသက္ေမြး ၀မ္းေၾကာင္း)၊ Education (ပညာေရး)၊ Health (က်န္းမာေရး)၊ Social Protection (လူမႈကာ ကြယ္ေစာင့္ ေရွာက္ေရး)၊ DRR (သဘာ၀ေဘးအႏၱရယ္ၾကိဳတင္ကာ ကြယ္ေလ်ာ့ခ် ေရး)၊ ေတြဟာ သူနည္း သူ႕ဟန္ေလးနဲ႕ ရပ္တည္လာႏုိင္တဲ့ လကၡဏာေလးေတြကုိ ေတြ႕ျမင္ေနရပါတယ္။ ၂၀၀၈ နာဂစ္ကာလျပီး ခ်ိန္ကစျပီး ေလ့လာ သင္ယူ၊ ေလ့က်င့္ ေဆာင္ရြက္လာခဲ့တဲ့ အေတြ႕အၾကဳံေပၚမွာ good practices လုိ႕ေခၚတဲ့ ေကာင္းတဲ့ အေတြ႕ အၾကဳံ၊ အေလ့အက်င့္ေတြ အမ်ားၾကီးထြက္ေပၚလာပါျပီ။ ဒီလုိရပ္တည္လာႏုိင္ေအာင္ technically  နည္း ပညာအရ ေရာ၊ financially ရံပုံေငြအရေရာ ကူညီ ပံ့ပုိး ေပးၾကသူ partners မိတ္ဖက္ အဖြဲ႕အစည္း ေတြ အားလုံးကုိေက်းဇူးတင္တယ္။ မိမိ တုိ႕ရဲ႕ တည္ရွိေနတဲ့ ကုိယ္ပိုင္ အရင္းအျမစ္ ျဖစ္တဲ့ လူ႔အရင္းအျမစ္ ( human resource) နဲ႕ ပစၥည္းအရင္းအျမစ္ (material resource)ေတြ အေပၚအေျချပဳ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခ်ိန္မွာ မိတ္ဖက္ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားနဲ႕ကြန္ယက္ဆက္သြယ္မႈ ကုိလည္း အင္အားျဖည့္တင္းေဆာင္ရြက္သြား ၾကရ မွာျဖစ္ ပါတယ္။ အခုေခတ္က တစ္ဦးတည္ သူရဲ ေကာင္း Rambo လုပ္လုိ႕ရတဲ့ေခတ္မဟုတ္ေတာ့ပါဘူး။ our partnership is our strength, our networking is our strength ဆုိတဲ့ ေခတ္ျဖစ္ေနပါျပီ။ မိမိတစ္ဦးတည္း မျပည့္စုံႏုိင္ပါဘူး။ ေလ့လာသင္ ယူစရာေတြ အမ်ားၾကီးရွိေနပါေသးတယ္။ စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ေလ ့လာ သင္ယူခ်င္ စိတ္ spirit of continuous learning ျဖစ္ဖို႕ပဲလုိအပ္ပါတယ္။ တကယ္ေတာ့ ငါတုိ႕ရဲ႕ ကရုဏာပုသိမ္ အဖြဲ႕အစည္း ဟာ Continuous Learning Center ( CLC) စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ေလ့လာသင္ယူရာဌာန တစ္ခုပါပဲ။ စြန္႕လွဴ စြန္႕စားခ်င္လုိ႕ ဒီအဖြဲ႕ အစည္းထဲ ၀င္လာၾကတဲ့ ၀န္ထမ္းတုိင္းဟာ ေလ့လာသင္ယူခ်င္စိတ္ကုိ အေျခခံမ ထား ႏုိင္လုိ႕ေတာ့ ေရရွည္ဆက္ကပ္ႏုိင္မွာ မဟုတ္ဘူး။ အဖြဲအစည္းထဲမွာ ေနထုိင္ရင္း ဆည္းပူးရရွိလာတဲ့ အတတ္ ပညာ၊ အသိပညာေတြဟာ လက္ရွိလုပ္ေနတဲ့ အဖြဲ႕အစည္း အတြက္သာမက အနာဂတ္မွာ ကူး ေျပာင္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ ခ်င္တဲ့ အဖြဲ႕အစည္း ရဲ႕အလုပ္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ကုိယ္ပုိင္လုပ္ငန္းျဖစ္ေစ အမ်ားၾကီး အေထာက္အကူ ျဖစ္ေနၾကတယ္ဆုိတာ အားလုံး အသိပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။  

5.    Thanks to all who have given much sacrifices for the sustainability of the organization. Some have engaged in this organization almost since its foundation and some have engaged in recent years. Thanks to all. All have been good. But only thing is needed. Important is not how good you are, but how good you want to be. Observing the presence of 5 sectors; livelihoods, education, health, social protection and DRR/emergency, I can see now the signs of their formulation. These 5 sectors have been formed since our response to Nargis in 2008 and we have learned much of good practices. Many thanks to all our partners who have supported and accompanied us technically and financially until this moment.  

၆။ နိဂုံးခ်ဳပ္အေနနဲ႕ ေျပာရရင္၊ ကရုဏာပုသိမ္ အဖြဲအစည္းဟာ Catholic Social Teaching (CST) ကက္သလစ္အ သင္းေတာ္ရဲ႕ လူမႈေရးဆုိင္ရာ သြန္သင္ခ်က္ကို အေျခခံ တန္ဖုိး (Value) အျဖစ္ထား တာေၾကာင့္ သာမန္ရုိးရုိး လူမႈေရးအဖြဲ႕အစည္း၊ အရပ္ဖက္အဖြဲ႕အစည္းနဲ႔ မတူတာေတြ ရွိၾကပါတယ္။ ႏွလုံးရည္ ( quality of heart) ကုိ အေျချပဳျပီး လက္ရုံးရည္ ( professionalism) နဲ႕ လုပ္ေဆာင္ ဖုိ႕ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီေနရာမွာ Mother Teresa က ေတာ့ ကက္သလစ္လူမႈေရးလုပ္ငန္းရဲ႕ စံနမူနာပါပဲ။ သူမဟာ အခုအခါမွာ ကက္လသစ္ လူမႈေရး လုပ္ငန္းရဲ႕စံျပ သာမကပဲ ကမၻာ့ လူမႈေရးလုပ္ငန္းရဲ႕စံျပ အျဖစ္သတ္မွတ္လုိက္ၾကပါျပီ။ International Charity Day ကုိ ႏွစ္ စဥ္ စက္တင္ဘာ ၅၊ ရက္ေန႕က်င္းပဖုိ႕ UN ဒီႏွစ္ထဲမွာပဲသတ္မွတ္လုိက္ပါျပီ။ မါသာရ္ထေရဇားဟာ လူမႈေရး လုပ္ငန္းမွာ စြန္႕လွဴ စြန္းစား ခဲ့သူတစ္ဦးပါ။ သူမေျပာခဲ့ပါတယ္ “ ဘ၀ၾကီးမားတဲ့ စီမံကိန္းေတြ လုပ္ႏုိင္ ခ်င္မွ လုပ္ႏုိင္ၾကမယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ေသးငယ္တဲ့အလုပ္ကုိ ၾကီးမားတဲ့ေမတၱာနဲ႕လုပ္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္“
