In order to be more systematic and taking more commitment and accountability, staffs of KPSS are trying their best by learning and doing to build up the capacity. Relevant training calendar is already designed in the next phase with the guidance and support of resources within and outside the organization.
Furthermore, 4 candidates will be sent to abroad for studying organization development and Public Health issues. One student is studying in AIT, Bangkok master degree in computer science. Currently, one person who has studied in AIT and got MBA specialized in international public management is already working and serving the organization till now since the emergency period.
Moreover, one expertise who previously worked in World Vision Myanmar for more than one decade of year are also helping to develop the organization by supporting in program unit, M&E, HR and training schedule.
